At Websters we aim to deliver the very best delivery and collection service. Before any deliveries or collections take place we ensure all furniture and other items are unpacked and thoroughly check over before they leave us. They are then repacked for collection or traditionally blanket wrapped for our own deliveries.
If you place your order online you will receive either an email or a phone call from a member of our team to discuss delivery options and time frames. If your order is placed on the phone or in the showroom delivery options will be discussed with you during this time. For peace of mind you will always have a contact at Websters who you can call or email with any order queries.
Once your items are available to be delivered or collected we will get in touch to make arrangements (Delivery options outlined below)
At Websters we offer two man delivery throughout the UK where furniture is carefully delivered to your room of choice and assembled. We ensure everything is blanket wrapped for protection, access is carefully evaluated (doors taken off if necessary) and your flooring and other furniture is fully protected as the furniture is carried in by our team.
Two man deliveries are normally carried out at a pre arranged window (AM or PM) Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm. Deliveries can be arranged with advanced notice at other times if required.
Orders with a value of over £750 that require two man Delivery (most furniture, large mirrors and pictures, carpets etc) are delivered free of charge to addresses within 50 miles of our Brighouse showroom.
For Nationwide and International delivery options please discuss with a member of our team via email, telephone or in store before placing an order.
Smaller items or any piece of furniture the customer wishes to collect from our showroom can be collected during opening hours. Items ordered online can be collected this way too by selecting “Click and Collect” when placing your order. All pieces will be fully wrapped for protection.
Royal Mail – We will send certain items (i.e. pictures and giftware) via the Royal Mail. Please contact a member of our team before ordering to discuss pricing.
Third Party Courier – our Matermoll mattresses are currently delivered nationwide by a Third party courier who offer a white glove delivery service to your room of choice and removal of packaging
Removal of Old Furniture – for pieces of your old furniture in a sellable condition and with relevant fire labels we are able to donate these on your behalf to our local Hospice shop. If the furniture is beyond a sellable condition and does not have relevant fire labels we are able to tip this at a charge. Please get in touch for information about this service.
