Dear customers:

Covid-19 Update
We want to reassure you that we are taking our customers’ health and wellbeing very seriously. In line with the latest government guidance on the current Coronavirus pandemic our Brighouse showroom is now closed to the public. Naturally, as a family independent business we are very disappointed by this, however, we do appreciate that hopefully this will be for the greater good of the health of the nation.

We’d like to assure you that our small in store team will be still be working to answer your phone calls and emails. Our delivery team will also still be operational during this time, so any outstanding or new orders should be with you as planned. Unfortunately  this disruption has caused delays to certain customers orders, resulting in longer lead times. We apologise for this and assure you we are working tirelessly with our suppliers to get customers orders out ASAP.

Click and Collect
Since the last Lockdown we launched a new “Click and Collect” service on our website, giving customers the opportunity to browse and purchase products easily online. Delivery is available at an extra cost and we are hoping to add more products to the website over the coming weeks.

As an independent family business, we will do all we can to help with your queries. Thank you for your patience, stay safe and keep going.

Virtual Showroom Visit
We are still offering Virtual showroom visits over Facetime or Zoom. If you are interested please get in touch with a member of our team and we can arrange this for you.
